Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026 · FarmDeck · farmdeck.net
This policy is part of, and incorporated into, the FarmDeck Terms of Service. By using FarmDeck you agree to it. It keeps the platform safe for every operator — and helps keep your channels in good standing.
1. Content you may not create or publish
You may not use FarmDeck to generate, publish, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity;
- impersonates a real person, brand, or voice without that person’s or the rights-holder’s consent — including AI voice or likeness clones;
- infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, including third-party music, footage, or images you aren’t licensed to use;
- sexualizes minors or targets children with deceptive or harmful content;
- contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence;
- spreads demonstrably false information that causes real-world harm;
- is designed to deceive a platform’s systems, or to flood platforms with mass-produced, repetitive, or spam content in violation of that platform’s rules.
2. Platform rules and AI disclosure
You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you publish to, including their AI / synthetic-media disclosure requirements. FarmDeck applies synthetic-media disclosure flags where a platform supports them, but you remain responsible for your content and for any additional disclosures a platform or law requires.
3. Account and technical conduct
You may not:
- share or resell access to a single account beyond its licensed scope;
- attempt to bypass credit metering, billing, or rate limits;
- probe, scan, or attack the service or its infrastructure;
- use the service to distribute malware or send unsolicited bulk messages.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may remove or refuse to process violating content. Where practical we give notice; serious or repeated violations, or legal/security risk, may result in immediate suspension. Your data-export rights survive suspension.
5. Reporting
Report abuse or intellectual-property complaints to hello@farmdeck.net.
