These terms govern your use of FarmDeck (farmdeck.net), a tool for planning, generating, publishing, and measuring faceless video channels. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You're responsible for your account, your password, and everything published through your connected channels. You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. One person per account; teams need one account per operator for now.
2. Your content and your channels
- The channels you connect and the videos FarmDeck generates for you are yours — we claim no ownership over your content.
- You're responsible for complying with each platform's rules (including YouTube's inauthentic-content and synthetic-media disclosure policies) and all applicable laws. FarmDeck builds guardrails in — an approval gate on every upload and automatic synthetic-media disclosure — but the editorial responsibility is yours.
- Nothing publishes without your explicit approval, by design.
3. Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Trials require a card and convert automatically unless canceled.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment — email us, no questions.
- Generation runs on prepaid credits. Each credit block shows its generation value at purchase (the price includes our disclosed service margin); renders are metered against your balance at the rates shown in-app, and failed renders are never charged. Credits don't expire.
- Canceling stops future charges and makes your account read-only. We do not delete your data automatically on cancellation — but you can request full deletion at any time, and we complete it within 30 days (except billing records we must keep for tax law). See our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use FarmDeck to produce content that's illegal, that impersonates real people without consent, that targets children deceptively, or that's designed to flood platforms with policy-violating spam. We may suspend accounts doing so — their data export rights survive suspension. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Honest limits
FarmDeck is a tool, not a guarantee of income. The service is provided "as is"; our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. AI providers and platforms change their products and policies; we adapt fast but can't promise uninterrupted operation of any specific model or integration.
6. Changes
We'll email account holders about material changes to these terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions: hello@farmdeck.net.
